Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the queryany.com website (the “Service”) operated by QueryAny(“us”, “queryany”, “Queryany”, “QueryAny”, “QueryAny LLC”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. QueryAny reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the Service.

Our Services

QueryAny provides a text generation service. QueryAny is available via https://www.queryany.com/.

Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your account. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities, including but not limited to hate, harassment, violence, political manipulation, spam, or malware.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is not applied to fraud, harm to others, terrorism, sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW content, religious extremism, activities that undermine U.S. national security, or any other unlawful or criminal activity.

You agree not to conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining, data extraction or data harvesting) on or in relation to the Service. Prohibited data collection includes, but is not limited to, using the Service as input into other services, websites, or databases. You agree not to republish any content generated by the Service without clearly citing the Service as well as the context associated with the content. Misrepresentation of the source of the content or the nature of its creation is strictly prohibited.

To prevent fraud and abuse, you must not register, access, log in to, or maintain an account using disposable, temporary, throwaway, or one-time email services. This restriction applies even if our current spam-email or disposable-email blocklists do not detect or block the email address at the time of registration or login. Accounts registered or accessed with such email services may be suspended or terminated, and we may add the relevant email service domain to our spam-email and disposable-email blocklists. You must use an email address from a trusted email service provider to register and access your account.

Export Controls and Sanctions

This Service is subject to U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions programs. You represent and warrant that: (1) you are not located in, and do not ordinarily reside in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea or other occupied regions of Ukraine, or any country or region subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions by the U.S. government; (2) you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list, including but not limited to OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) or the U.S. Department of Commerce Entity List; and (3) you will not use the Service for, or transfer the Service to, any of the foregoing countries, regions, or restricted entities. If you are located in any of the foregoing regions or violate these representations, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service, and any unauthorized access will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Governmental, Model, and Provider Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable restrictions on the use of AI models, software, and related technologies as required by U.S. federal laws, export-control regulations, economic sanctions programs, national security directives, and third-party model provider policies.

The Service may restrict, suspend, or deny access to certain AI models, model providers, features, or technologies for users or organizations affiliated with foreign governments, militaries, defense sectors, restricted parties, sanctioned jurisdictions, or activities involving critical infrastructure, public utilities, government work, or national security where such access is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, government rules, or provider policies. You must not bypass, evade, disable, spoof, or otherwise circumvent any technical, geographic, account, language, identity, or eligibility restrictions related to such models, features, or technologies.

AI Output and Professional Advice

AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or hallucinated output. You are responsible for independently reviewing, fact-checking, and exercising your own judgment before relying on any output generated by the Service.

The Service does not provide professional financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. You must consult qualified professionals before making decisions in these areas, and you must not rely on AI output for emergencies, high-risk decisions, or professional determinations.

User-Generated Content

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

Your content remains yours. You must make sure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority for any content that you upload, submit, store, send, receive, process, or otherwise handle through the Service.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not queryany, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. QueryAny does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will queryany be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by the Service or submitted to the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that QueryAny may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

QueryAny acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of all individuals and entities, and expects all users of the Service to do the same. As a user of the Service, you are granted access for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempts to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or otherwise steal intellectual property from the Service will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.

QueryAny takes all allegations of copyright infringement seriously and may remove or disable access to material that is alleged to infringe copyrights. QueryAny may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to queryanyteam@queryany.com. The notice should include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for QueryAny to locate the material; (4) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal or disabling was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to queryanyteam@queryany.com. The counter-notice should include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and (5) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which QueryAny may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright notice or that person's agent.

QueryAny may forward copyright notices, counter-notices, and related information to affected users, rightsholders, service providers, or legal authorities where appropriate. This section does not claim that QueryAny has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office unless QueryAny separately publishes and maintains that registration.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUERYANY, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT QUERYANY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

QUERYANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY; OR (C) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

THE SERVICE RELIES ON OPERATING SYSTEMS, DATABASES, SOFTWARE COMPONENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THAT ARE COMMONLY USED IN THE INDUSTRY. QUERYANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THOSE SYSTEMS, COMPONENTS, OR SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM EVERY VULNERABILITY OR ISSUE. IF QUERYANY BECOMES AWARE OF NEW SECURITY ISSUES AFFECTING RELEVANT SYSTEMS, COMPONENTS, OR SERVICES, QUERYANY WILL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO UPDATE THE RELEVANT COMPONENTS AND SERVICES AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless QueryAny and its licensee and licensors.

This includes their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service, a breach of these Terms, or Content posted on the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Wyoming, United States. The arbitrator may permit remote or video proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court, seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND QUERYANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

After modification, we will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date above. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please cease using the Service.
